Bento Lunchbox
My daughter mentioned she loved this Amy Butler fabric, so I used it to make a lunchbox for her. I enlarged the Bento Box pattern and modified it some.
The batting is the insulating kind with mylar. I love the button closure I added. The handles also are buttoned closed, and can be separated. The interior has a stiff padded (removable) bottom for support. If needed, it can be washed in the machine.
Going to Kim's today to finish long arm quilting the baby quilt. I can't wait to get it in the mail to Micah in Japan!
